The mountains of Wyoming’s Teton Range, braided by the twisting Snake River in the Jackson Hole valley, begin innocently at 7,000 ft sagebrush meadows and then suddenly rise to 13,770 ft. summits like the Grand.
I grew up in a Christian home, went to a Christian college, and then proceeded to work in a church.
Moments where I saw God at work in the ministry specifically consisted of those mornings where we would get up super early on our off days…
I saw God work in awesome ways in my life during my summer with ACMNP!
There was a Sunday where two of us from our team filled in for a service at Gros Ventre because there were not enough team members to lead the service that evening.
ACMNP was a transformational summer. I grew as a Christian leader, deepened my walk with Christ, and made lifelong friendships.
I spent four summers with ACMNP at the following National Parks: Rocky Mountain, Denali, Grand Teton and Glacier during 1986-1989.
