There was a Sunday where two of us from our team filled in for a service at Gros Ventre because there were not enough team members to lead the service that evening.

I am so glad we joined because it made for a female powerhouse leading the service that evening.

Three girls and their grandparents attended the service, and afterwards, the three girls asked their grandparents to leave so that they could continue talking with us. They wanted to tell us how much they appreciated the service and continued to share with us about what it was like for them as young adults to be women of God.

We talked to them about the challenges, and it was an amazing conversation. They ended up praying for us, and it was so incredible to see young women so devoted in their faith. I was in awe, and I truly think that God meant for us to be there that night, because if we hadn’t, I don’t think they would have said anything.
