Schedule Overview
Thursday, September 17
(12:00-4:00pm – Board of Directors Meeting and Lunch – Old Faithful Snow Lodge)
4:00pm – Check-in to Lodging (Lodging Option Selections on Registration Link)
6:00pm – Reception, Dinner & Program – Old Faithful Rec Hall (all attendees)
Friday, September 18
(Breakfast on your own)
9:00am – If joining optional lunch, check-out of hotel and travel to Tower/Roosevelt area of park (2.5-3 hr drive). If not, explore the park and make way to Mammoth for evening event.
12:00pm – Chuck Wagon Lunch at Tower Roosevelt (Optional Event)
6:00pm – Reception, Dinner and Program -Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel (all attendees)
Saturday, September 19
(Breakfast on your own)
9:00am – Final Updates and Plans for the Future
12:00pm – Fall Celebration Concludes
(Lunch on your own)
6:00pm – Dinner and Square Dance in Gardiner, MT (Optional)
Sunday, September 20
9:00am – ACMNP Worship Service (Optional)

Early-bird rate of $295/person ends July 5, and $345/person after this date through the registration deadline of August 5, 2026. Space is limited, and event may sell out.
