I worked at Yellowstone National Park the summer of 1985. It was one of the best summers of my life. Being a park employee was great fun and being able to minister in the name of Christ made the experience all that more special.

Through ACMNP I was placed at Roosevelt Lodge bussing tables. Two others from ACMNP were working just down the road at Tower Junction and together on Sundays we would lead services.

I led a Bible study during the week for my fellow employees.

I was able to enjoy the park itself, going on hikes in the backcountry and hitchhiking down the road, as I did not have a car. Mid-summer my family took a road trip out to visit me for a couple of days and to see the sights.

I highly recommend ACMNP and the sharing of Christ out in God’s creation. I have been supporting the organization financially for years. It combines my love of God with my love of nature in a great way!
