I was on God’s time and not my own.
I didn’t take me long to be able to see how every day fit into this tapestry of God changing things and creating friendships.
We de-flooded the tennis courts and Pro shop together, mopped up donkey droppings on the patio, organized the shop, looked at strange caterpillars and spiders on the courts, ran to pick up balls on the courts when it started to pour, herded donkeys off the courts, stayed long hours into the evening because guests used the lights, ushered people to the massage center, ate in the chatterbox and talked of the news, drove the cart, talked about tennis, learned how to play tennis, enjoyed conversations with Round Robin guest, conversations concerning family, socialization, parenting… all these things God used to glorify Him.
These events in my life showed me God’s kindness, patience, love, understanding, wisdom, reality, tangibility, support, purpose, future, plans, and goodness.

The Lord said, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
