I thought leadership meant doing everything myself or telling others what to do, but through ACMNP, I discovered that leadership was the ability to empower those who are following you to lead for themselves.

At our final service of the summer, we had a record breaking crowd! I sat back and observed my team and gauged their level of comfort within the service.

It was like they had been putting on services for the entire year. They, and myself, had grown into a functioning team which learned to show love to guests and employees.

Instead of standing by ourselves in a circle after the service, we each mingled with the guests and invited them to share their story of Christianity. Not only have we grown as ministers and leaders, those who visited with us have felt encouraged to continue their Christian journey with faith and perseverance.
