I encountered God in His creation while watching the birds in Big Bend. I was reminded of God’s love for me seeing the sparrows sing and swoop.

If God has taken so much care in these details of creation, how much more has He looked into the details of my life.

On the flip side, sitting upon Emory Peak, the highest peak in the park, I was reminded how small I am in the grand scheme of things. In the vastness of creation, I am just a minuscule part. How much is God’s love for me!
